We’ve talked a little about carob in the past, and I’d like to add white chocolate to the mix.
Actually no. I want to remove white chocolate from the mix, simply because it is not chocolate. It has no cocoa solids and is only derivative of actual, honest-to-gosh chocolate.
So anyone telling you that white chocolate is chocolate, is wrong. Just plain wrong.
