I still read Apple rumor sites, I admit. But the stories around them have been pretty… hm. Questionable? Obsessive? Tiresome?
Examples:
- Apple’s Yerba Buena Decoration Shows Stretched iOS Icons, Possibly Hinting at Taller iPhone 5
- Closeup Photos Show Clear Difference in Thickness Between iPhone 5 and 4S (wherein an iPhone repair company built its own prototype out of iPhone 5 parts – !)
- High Resolution and 3D Interactive Mockup of Apple’s Rumored ‘iPad Mini’, and Possible Physical Models and Parts (wherein a 3D prototype of a potential new iPad mini was created)
The alternative is to, you know, wait two days until these things do or do not come out. I don’t really get it anymore.
