A while ago a rather clever Windows Phone commercial showed a man using his phone while peeing into a urinal. And when I saw that I thought, “Well, certainly no one would actually do that!” Oh, but i was wrong.
I stepped into a bathroom yesterday and saw a fellow standing at a urinal. I walked over to the sink first and suddenly heard a familiar tap-tap-tap sound. I looked in the mirror and sure enough, the guy at the urinal was texting with one hand. His other hand wasn’t doing anything insofar as I could tell.
I mean, people using phones while pooping… okay, I can’t see it and hopefully can’t hear it, but it’s still weird. But at the urinal? We’re crossing lines here, people.
