The Daily Ping

One of the signs of a great sports mascot is that you forget there’s a person inside and accept him as some weird being that exists only to dance about at sporting events. I think there’s pretty much no doubt that the best of them all is the Phillie Phanatic, as evidenced by this great montage where he wrestles one of The Headbangers, skydives (!), gives snout-to-mouth to another mascot, and generally shows off his awesomeness.
