I’ve had the good fortune of being upgraded to first class on a number of my work flights lately, and it’s a step up even from business class. But there’s one thing I don’t quite understand and yet really enjoy: the warm nuts.
In the last part of the flight, attendants bring around small cups of warm mixed nuts for all to enjoy. There’s nothing to them but somehow these things are quite tasty. I could easily do this at home – and maybe I still will – but it seems to be a part of the whole first class experience.
Whatever the National Legume Board is doing to make this happen, I approve.
