(Apologies for this day-late Ping. I came home last night and fully expected to write up my Ping, but ended up sleeping for 11 hours instead.)
I love Kickstarter. There are always amazing projects there looking for funding and it’s nice to be able to throw a few bucks towards projects you want to see come to fruition, whether they be foodcarts, documentaries, or a nifty one I spotted yesterday: The Funklet, a booklet providing visualizations of some of the best funk drum patterns known to man:
I want you to know that when I listen to funk drummers, I pull up my pants and walk around the way he does at 2:31.
Also, I just now stumbled on this project, which clearly is of great interest to me.
