Let’s say you’re out of a job and looking for a place to live. You don’t want to live on the streets because that would make you “homeless.” But, at the same time, you can’t afford a roof over your head.
But… what if you could afford a roof under your butt, instead? Like… a Waffle House roof…

It appears someone took the “House” in Waffle House a little too literally. At the Gordon Highway location, crews were called in after reports that a man was making the roof his home.
He was spotted by an air conditioner repairman. Cops and firefighters were called in to help the man down.
Crews weren’t sure how long he’d been up there, or even how he got up there.

That said, at least the fellow didn’t try to use the roof of an IHOP as his home. Pointy.
