I’m a sucker for well-written blogs about esoteric foods, and Clearance Cuisine fits in that mold.
The premise is very simple: the blog’s authors, Ben and Marisa, buy and then review foods from the discount bins of the world. That might include dollar stores, actual discount bins, and the like. The upshot is that this means a lot of these items can’t be bought anymore or are just odd. For example: Eggo’s breakfast pizza. Really.
I will stand up for the Gogo applesauce, though, because my son loved it.
