Milton (Nicolas Cage) has broken out of Hell to prevent the cult that murdered his daughter from sacrificing her baby. He is being pursued by ‘The Accountant’ (William Fichtner), a supernatural operative of Satan who has been sent to bring Milton back to Hell.
How in the world? I mean… what? Why? Driving? Angry?
I think the only thing that would redeem this movie, and maybe Cage’s career, is if the entire thing was ironic and he turned out to be a genuinely nice guy who drives politely and signals all the time.
