I’ve been very pleased to see Amazon’s wish list capabilities expand to allow one to add MP3s and Kindle books to a list. It’s great, really, because in a lot of cases I’d rather have an ebook or MP3s than a physical object. And of course, it’s great that Amazon and iTunes offer the ability to gift things to people.
There’s just one flaw in these gifts, though: they are instantly delivered.
Come on, that stinks! Now instead of buying a gift in advance, I need to do it on the holiday itself. That’s really not fun at all. Emailing gifts should be deferrable; I’m really surprised it’s not.
