“Acceptable.”
In something that’s being called a cost-cutting measure, a plan would force prisoners in Iowa to make their own toilet paper. I think the scariest part is the use of the word “acceptable” to describe the softness and, uh, usability of the TP.
I don’t know. I’ve been in enough public restrooms to think that they’re using acceptable toilet paper, too.
