As you know, The Daily Ping strives to be the internet’s top source of toilet and toilet-related information. And folks, I have some exciting news from toilet paper land: Kimberly-Clark is test marketing tubeless toilet paper.
I admit, I’m not sure how it’s done and the company isn’t revealing any secrets. But they guarantee that the entire roll is completely usable, including the fabled Final Sheet which is slathered with glue on traditional rolls.
It’s quite smart. While we always recycle our TP tubes, it’s still just a big waste to have them there in the first place. Until we get to 2032 when another cleaning technique becomes popular, I’m pleased to see some real innovation in the toilet paper space.
