An idea

Paul and I were talking today about an idea I think would be pretty neat. Maybe Google, as an employer, would even want to enact it for their Gmail team.

You know how Google adds a little tiny bit of Gmail storage space every second or two (see their front page while not logged in if you don’t know what I’m talking about)? What about applying that idea to salary? Wouldn’t it be cool if Gmail increased their staff’s salary by a penny every few hundred seconds instead of just getting a $2000 raise at the end of the year? I realize this would make the accounting department’s heads explode, but it would be totally worth it!

No?

What is this then?
