Out of the seven featured shows currently on The History Channel‘s site, only two are not reality shows. This saddens me for some reason.
I guess I started to let go when The Weather Channel rolled out its own programming, but it seems odd to think of The History Channel being just another dump for reality show garbage. I mean, people who run a pawn shop? Oh, but it’s historical because of the old stuff people bring in! Bah.
Other History Channel shows of note: UFO Hunters, Star Wars Tech, Extreme Marksmen, and… what’s this… Dogfights! At least there’s one thing related to history there, even though it airs Sunday mornings at 7am. Whew.
