When you have a bunch of stuff to lug around, you start to get into a set pattern of putting said stuff in certain pockets. It might just be a guy thing, but over the years I’ve honed my pocket setup to the point of perfection… for me, anyway.
- Front left: Keys, headphones (if carrying separately), iPod.
- Front right: Phone, train pass.
- Back left: Nothing.
- Back right: Wallet, if not in jacket.
Also, I’m right handed so that might explain the wallet placement. I did try moving my wallet to the opposite pocket once just to see if it was any more comfortable, but the wallet immediately ejected itself from that pocket. So much for that!
What’s your setup? And can I pick your pocket?
