Fellow cooks — name one kitchen item that you lust after like no other. One that you’d add to your countertop if you had the money and space and time to use it. One that would change the way you make food. Would it be a wicked All-Clad pan? A specialty knife?
For me, it would definitely be the Vitamix That blender can do pretty much anything, including deliver babies and calculate logarithms.
Too bad they cost $400 on the low-end…
