I never thought it would be difficult to get a hold of the phone company on the phone. But it is.
We are looking to change our service and drop a few things we no longer need on our landline. So my wife called AT&T the other night and… they were closed. They close at 5 on weekdays. I figured I’d give them a call yesterday so I did… and… they’re closed on weekends too.
Worse is that although their website does have an area for changing service, apparently my service is special enough to require a phone call. Gee, thanks AT&T!
