Selling your competition

It’s rare in a town of 30,000 people that you’ll see five or more bookstores thriving. It’s even more rare to see one of those bookstores listing all of their competitors on their web site and encourage you to shop there.

I kind of wish more stores would big up their competition. It makes me more likely to shop there and I suspect I’m not alone.
