Some people like showering in the evening so that they can go to bed clean and wake up ready to go, without any delay. Me, though, I’m definitely a morning showerer. I need to wash that sleep off of me, even if I took a shower at 5pm the day before. Otherwise, I feel like I’ve just rolled out of bed for the rest of the day.

Absolutely. Can’t do evening showers – it just doesn’t feel right.

I gotta shower in the morning too – even if I work out at night and shower right before bed.
I will say that there was a time in my life that I worked construction all day. And at the time I thought there was no reason to get out of bed and take a shower before going outside and sweating all day.
