If our daughter ran a restaurant, these three creations of hers would likely be on the menu:
Breakfast: Banana wrapped in seaweed (created when she was very, very young)
Lunch: Grits rolled up inside Tofurky deli slices
Snack: Silken tofu, guacamole, and sunflower seeds (created today)
We’re just waiting to see what her house specialty dinner entree will be.
