I’d like to propose that any process which involves holding – including waiting for customer service on the telephone, waiting for your crash-prone non-TiVo DVR to restart, and waiting for the train to arrive – be accompanied by music. And not just any music, but specifically “Hip Hug Her” by Booker T. and the M.G.’s.
Our world would be a better place for it.
