The Daily Ping

There were rumors of a Ping book, but those were started on the internet.

A Gravestone from My Youth

Back in the first grade, we decorated our classroom with gravestones. Paper ones, of course. These gravestones also had inscriptions which we had to write – and they had to rhyme, as any good gravestone inscription does. Oddly, I can remember mine to this very day:

Here lies Paul
He was standing in the hall
when a tall man with a shawl
shot him to the wall.

Thankfully I don’t know any tall men who wear shawls.

Somehow I don’t think that’d be appropriate in school any more.

But pretty cool, Paul.

Ciao,

What is this then?

The Daily Ping is the web's finest compendium of toilet information and Oreo™® research. Too much? Okay, okay, it's a daily opinion column written by two friends. Did we mention we've been doing this for over ten years? Tell me more!
