To some, Twitter doesn’t make sense. Who wants to read/post 140-character microposts?
To me, that argument is pretty much the exact same argument people gave early on about not blogging. “Who wants to read about what you had for lunch?” (Seriously, when was the last time you read a blog where people wrote just about their lunch?) I’ve been Twittering for a while now and enjoy the microblogging concept… I think of it almost like an IM to everyone that follows me. Quick little side comments or updates about what I’m doing… nothing deep, just quick little bursts of info.
I really enjoy reading friends’ tweets, too. There’s something to be said for knowing that a dude you went to college with is enjoying a slice of pizza.
Who here’s on Twitter? I know Paul and Dave Walls and Chris are… anyone else?

I’ve thought about doing it, mostly only so I can respond to yours.

I have been twittering a little while, and enjoying it muchly. I have a gadget on my iGoogle page so I can tweet without leaving home.
And I just added you.

I have a Twitter account and I really like the concept, but I must admit that I don’t post updates very often anymore. At first I was addicted to it. Now it’s just the occasional tweet. It’s probably more to do with my schedule and lifestyle than the service. I don’t get to work on my site as much as I used to either.
