A question for the male Pingers in the audience: are you a shower shaver?
I’ve never once attempted shaving in the shower, but on these cold winter days when the bathroom is 37 degrees below zero except for the hot shower, I’m tempted to hang up a mirror and give it a go. What’s holding me back? Fear of trying something new? Nah. I just keep forgetting until I’m already standing in the shower.

Nope, don’t do it. I’ve considered it but am just too used to not being in the shower.
Plus, we have a ridiculously narrow tub. Not exactly an inviting place.

Yes. Not only do you get a better shave, no sink cleanup to deal with, and no cranky wife to deal with if you are slack about the sink clean up part.
I use a cheap $4 double sided mirror and a suction cup hanger. Running both sides of the mirror under the water for a few seconds equalizes the temps and keeps it fog free without spending $30 on a battery operated shaving mirror.

Just recently, I’ve started the shower shaving. I agree with everything COD says..especially since I am the laziest man alive about cleaning the sink afterwards.
I don’t really use a mirror in the shower, though, so every now and then, I have to do a little ‘touch up’ at the sink to get that rogue patch of stubble I missed.

Shaving in the shower is the only way to go.(unless your
using an elec. razor) the hot water and steam sofens
the beard, and its quick and easy, and doesn’t plug
up the sink.

I’ve been shaving in the shower for years. No mirror needed. I know where my face is and where my beardline begins.

Just wanted to let everyone know that this has become a part of my routine in the last month or so and it’s going swimmingly! It’s everything I could have ever hoped for!
