Paul’s extolled the virtues of Zappos before. And with their ultra-liberal return policy and free overnight shipping, I finally placed an order with them. Their site is well designed and made it easy to find a pair of shoes that fit my needs (but not my feet, unfortunately, so I’ll need to test out their return policy). And when they say overnight shipping, they mean it. I ordered at 1:45pm yesterday and when I got into work at 9:15 this morning, my shoes were sitting by my office door. Wowza.
Plus, with this heartwarming tale, how can you not buy from such a company?
