Yesterday I was checking the tire pressure with one of those standard cheapie tire pressure gauges when I must have pushed it in at just the wrong angle. A quick burst of pressure came from the tire and shot the gauge right out of my hand, exploding it (the gauge, not my hand) into pieces. It was kind of crazy.
So, long story short, I had to buy a new tire gauge yesterday from one of my least favorite stores on the planet.

I know there’s a story here that is begging to get out, but why the hate for Advance? Personally, I’ve always had a disdain for the Pep Boys chain..but Advance and Auto Zone have been pretty good to me.
