Pretend you didn’t notice my Ping didn’t go up until 5:45pm.
OK, lame Ping alert.
What’s the last movie you watched?
Me: John Carpenter’s Halloween, last night. I had to get the taste of Rob Zombie’s “re-imagining” out of my brain. Hock-patooey!

Lady Sings the Blues. Gotta love the classics even if the acting was “so-so.”

Kill the Man, but I slept through most of it. Not because of the movie, but because I was tired.

I saw Saw IV this afternoon, and once again asked myself why I bother with that boring, boring series.

Last movie I saw was The Darjeeling Limited. And I loved it.
Next will be Curse of the Golden Flower, just as soon as I can get the chance to watch it.
Oh. And welcome to your new home, Daily Ping!

I woke up in the middle of the night, and “The Wedding Singer” was on HBO. Seen it several times before, but hadn’t seen it since I went to NY and saw it on Broadway, with Stephen Lynch in the lead.
I actually missed the Broadway musical numbers.

Tyler Perry’s “Meet the Browns.” When you’re girlfriend is black (Jamaican, not African-American, ahem, as I’ve been corrected), get used to this kind of drivel.
At least Angela Bassett is still hot to look at.
I’ve heard Tyler Perry’s other movies are better, though. If this relationship lasts, I assume that I’ll get to know his entire library.
At least the sex is good, which happens after the movies. 🙂
