So here’s the thing. Yes, they’re everywhere. I have 18 within a short walk of my work. Do you go to Starbucks?
I will admit that I go to Starbucks. I don’t pledge allegiance to their coffee though; it’s serviceable but nothing spectacular. I go to them sometimes out of convenience, and rarely think, “Wow, I need that Starbucks-exclusive beverage!” In fact that never happens.
One benefit of having thousands of Starbucks? Bathrooms. Starbucks generally have clean bathrooms and when you’re in a pinch, and need to pinch, they’re very handy.

I don’t like coffee, so I don’t usually go. However, the strawberries & creme thing they have is pretty yummy…

Same here. I’ll stop if it’s convenient, but I really don’t think their coffee is that special. I’d rather get a Kenya AA from WaWa.

Nay. Here’s one of the reasons why:

I went to Starbucks when a co-worker gave me a gift card one Christmas. It took me a year to spend it all.
Now, I’ll go only if there’s nothing else nearby. Then again, I buy coffee maybe four times a year, so it’s not like I’m making some grand political statement.

I really don’t care for their coffee. I’ve had much better coffee that came from a 50 year+ percolator. I might go all twice a year, or when I’m in an airport.
