Sorry for the late one today. I completely blanked this morning and forgot it was my day. Forgive me, we’ve only been at this 7 1/2 years.
Today, BoingBoing pointed to a super-cool invention that will probably be completely forgotten a year from now: the vinyl/CD hybrid disc. It’s a disc that can be played in a CD player or on a turntable. The outer rim is the CD portion and the inner rim is the vinyl portion.
Crazy cool and if the world weren’t moving away from physical media for their music, I would say this nifty idea had a shot at niche markets.

A few years back I bought my sister some CDRs that were stamped to look like old 45 records. They were a big hit (she grew up with those).
Retro is *always* cool.
