Tomorrow is my birthday (Paul always gets to announce his birthday on the day of, but since mine’s on an even day, he’s always writing that day’s Ping) and with another year under my hemp belt, I can’t help but think about how great someecards.com is. It’s saved me on many a birthday when I needed to send an e-card but didn’t want to go the Hallmark or Blue Mountain (are they still around?) route again.
Here’s the card I sent to my dad on Father’s Day. Here’s one I got from a certain Pinger for my birthday. And here’s what I sent Paul and a former co-worker on their birthdays. Classy!
So, the next birthday that rolls around, I encourage you to go the someecards route. Assuming, of course, that the recipient isn’t easily offended.
