I’ll admit it: there was a time in my life when I thought pleated pants were okay.
It was a dark, dark time. I thought that having two big pleats over my lower stomach would look just fine. Or worse, I thought they would look good. But you know, ever since I noticed that flat-front pants just look better, pleats look really weird to me. I mean, look.
Apparently it’s a matter of fashion, not practicality which I guess means I’m into high fashion now. Go figure.
Pleats bother me.

pleats are okay in skirts. But pants… no. They’re only an enabling style for guys who want to pull their pants up OVER their stomachs.

Pleats can only serve one purpose. To give those with the lower orb front ass more “give” after a lunch of Pizza Shooters, Shrimp Poppers, and Extreme Fajitas.
