A&E has a TV show called Sell This House. You can guess what it’s about, but I’ll tell you anyway: people are trying to sell their houses, they aren’t, and people help them do it. Once you’ve seen perhaps 3 episodes of this show, though, a pattern becomes clear on how to do it.
Which means that you don’t need to watch this show. Ever. Here’s how to sell this… er, that house:
- Get a storage room or rent a storage space.
- Put all of your stuff in it that isn’t furniture.
- Move the furniture around.
That’s it. Every episode I’ve seen has utilized this technique. You don’t need to do anything else. That’s it. If you want a snarky host, one of us can come over and tell you that everything sucks, if you like.
