Last year, I wrote about stop signs.
This year, I will, too.
Did you know that stop signs with a white line around the edge are optional and just mean “slow down”?
At least that’s what you can supposedly tell a “dumb blonde” and they’ll believe it. Thanks, high school, for informing me of that so many years ago!
