I’m not sure if anyone here would lower themselves to watch a show like Trading Spouses, but if you saw the commercials for the most recent episodes, chances are you were like me: you had to tune in.
On this show a fundamentalist Christian traded houses with a hypnotherapist/astrologist family. The families involved were both quite normal and well-adjusted, but the fundamentalist mother was beyond berserk… she was through-the-roof-crazy. Who knows, there may be some issues involved that we’re not aware of, but holy cow this woman lost her mind. The last five minutes were easily the most entertaining five minutes of television this season. This is one of those memes that deserves its popularity.
Thankfully, some creative, entrepreneurial type was around to create the God Warrior talking bobblehead doll, which is already up to $300 with several days still left on the auction.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have to get back to my gar-gyles.
