Over the past few days, my wife and I have rented three different cars between us, giving significant amounts of dough to both Hertz and Enterprise. Renting from Hertz was more difficult for me only because I rented on a Sunday night, so I had to drive out to the airport to get my car. But renting from the local Enterprise felt like I was walking into the world’s most bare-bones office.
Fortunately, all the rentals went off without a hitch. I’ve actually never run into any major issues with rental cars, but I’d love to hear some car rental horror stories from Pingers.
