A World of Toilets

If you’ve ever wondered how people around the world use the loo, wonder no more, for there is the Toilets of the World page, which features toilets from Europe, Asia, and Africa that range from a hole in the ground to futuristic high-tech toilets. There’s even a section on how to build your own “squatter.” He also includes a wide selection of e-mail he’s gotten since having the page online. You’ve seen some of the people that show up here, so you can imagine the type of people that are writing to him.

It’s no Urinal.net, but it’s still an interesting look at the part of life they don’t usually mention in your handheld travel guides.

What is this then?

The Daily Ping is the web's finest compendium of toilet information and Oreo™® research. Too much? Okay, okay, it's a daily opinion column written by two friends. Did we mention we've been doing this for over ten years? Tell me more!
