Lots of Credit, Lots of Ramen

One thing that might surprise you: take a look at all of your credit cards (or card,) and note the credit line. Even if you don’t carry much of a balance, the limit may surprise you. Collectively, for instance, my wife and I have the ability to charge an entire Kia.

But let’s be honest: you’re not going to go out and charge a Kia, right? What about something a little more practical… like Ramen Noodles?

I went ahead and did some math. Based on our available credit ($20k,) and the going price of Ramen ($0.33,) I figured that one could get just over 60,000 Ramen meals. Assuming three meals a day – yes, breakfast equals Ramenfast – one could charge enough Ramen Noodles to last over 55 years.

That’s pretty good, but where am I supposed to buy Ramen in a quantity that large? Maybe Costco?
