Before even having one, I declared it The Greatest Thing Ever. Dave Walls gave it a definite thumbs up after buying his own. Now, thanks to Huyen, I’m a proud owner of a Chillow as well. The verdict?
It’s awesome. Though the initial set-up was a little cumbersome, it requires very little maintenance after that. And boy oh boy, does it ever keep your pillow cold. It’s pretty impressive, really, how it can get so cold and stay so cold for such a long time, even in a relatively warm room.
It took me a day or two to get used to sleeping with the Chillow between my head and the pillow, but that’s all. It’s like sleeping on an ice cube and for those of us constant pillow-turners, it’s a nifty little invention that’s well worth the purchase (though I suppose the price has been hiked up pretty high compared to the manufacturing costs). If Chillow did an informercial, I’d want to be on it.
Now I’m just waiting for the full-body Chillow to be invented.

Forget the full body Chillow. Go for a BedFan. The best thing that ever happened to my electric bill and to summer in Texas!
