Not a toilet in the country has not been affected by the Ping in one way or another.

International Museum of Toilets

I think my next vacation has been mapped out for me: a trip to the Sulabh International Museum of Toilets in New Delhi, India.

It’s amazing to look at the toilets of history’s past. I’d be afraid to do my business in anything this beautiful, but I’d feel like I was sitting on a washing machine if I used this one. There’s also a thorough history of toilets that begins with the sentence ?Unlike body functions like dance, drama and songs, defecation is considered very lowly.? And, if you?re interested, it only costs $25 a year to subscribe to Sanitation Digest.

Another online museum of toilet pictures is, uh, the Toilet Museum. It?s pretty unintuitive to navigate, so here?s a tip: go to this page and click on the toilets on the left to see toilet-related pictures that the site?s owner has hanging in his bathroom.

In related fun, you can also visit the Virtual Toilet Paper Museum, the toilet seat museum, and Gee Whiz.

What is this then?

The Daily Ping is the web's finest compendium of toilet information and Oreo™® research. Too much? Okay, okay, it's a daily opinion column written by two friends. Did we mention we've been doing this for over ten years? Tell me more!
