On a cold morning, getting out of bed and walking the ten steps to the shower can be a real ordeal, but the payoff of a hot shower is worth it. Unfortunately, my house seems to be a bit backwards in the way the hot water works.
During the summer, I need only turn the dial halfway from “cold” to “hot” to get a nice hot shower that lasts forever. However, during the winter, I can start the water running a few minutes before I get in, then turn the dial all the way to “hot,” and be stuck with lukewarm water for a few minutes before it starts getting chilly. It’s not a nice conundrum.
Does anyone else battle with these life-pressing issues? -ram
