I’ve begun the task of looking for a new apartment. I’ve used the same sites I reviewed last year, but there has been massive consolidation in the apartment directory genre.
Nevertheless, I’ve noted in my search that far, far too many apartments bill themselves as being where quality and comfort meet. Now, let’s think about that phrase for a minute: would you really ever want a place where quality and comfort went their separate ways? And if they did go their separate ways, would the Journey song of the same name blast through your apartment?
I was hoping to have a Google search of that phrase for your entertainment but, as expected, none of the apartment sites actually show up. You’ll have to trust me on this one – it’s kind of scary. -pm
