I don’t know what it is, but I’ve been getting an awful lot of headaches recently. Maybe it’s allergies, maybe it’s sitting in front of a computer screen all day, maybe I need to go see the eye doctor. I used to have migranes when I was in high school, and increasing my intake of protein a bit in the mornings with yogurt or peanut butter seemed to help then. These headaches aren’t as bad, but they’re starting to annoy me, and I’m looking for non-pill ways to fight these headaches as much as possible. I’m trying only to resort to Advil or aspirin when nothing else works.
The best thing, I’ve found, is a nap in a quiet room with a cold washcloth over my eyes. Unfortunately, this isn’t very reasonable if I’m at work or out and about. So, perhaps some of you might be able to offer suggests on fighting these minor annoyances. -ram
