Any programmers out there reading the Ping that are looking for program ideas, here you go… I would love an app that would keep a wish list of books, music, and movies. By request or at a specified interval, this app would notify me of the lowest price on the web for each item so that rather than keeping separate wish lists at different sites, I’ll always know where the lowest price is at any given time. A nice bonus would be if it also scanned certain coupon sites to keep an eye open for deals at particular online stores.
And, yes, I’d be willing to pay for it. Just no spyware, please. -ram
