I want to give a quick shout out to Argo Tea. Argo is a small chain here in Chicago, but they do a lot of things right.
I’ve never had a bad customer service experience at one. Wifi is free. The tea is good. The food is good. And, impressively, the coffee is pretty good too! It serves as my stealth way of getting coffee when Starbucks is the only other option.
So, thanks Argo. Keep up the fine work.

I visited an Argo Tea in NYC a couple of years ago. It was OK, but being kind of choosy about my tea, I wasn’t impressed on that front.
That said, they are kind of positioning themselves as a “Starbucks of tea,” hopefully in a good way.
