Occasionally I mess up on an email reply and find myself in the CC line. I understand that doing a CC is a big deal for some people – are you in that camp? – but for me, it’s superfluous. I already have a copy of the email in my Sent folder. I don’t need to CC myself.
If I were going to CC myself, though, I’d opt for the BCC. That’s probably one of my favorite email features ever. “Surprise! I sent this to other people and you didn’t know it!”
Also, if anyone has found a way to use carbon to duplicate emails, let me know.
