I’m not a fan of people suing for silly things (and either is Paul-from-10-years-ago), but I have to say any lawsuit that involves a toilet paper dispenser causing an injury is one I can get behind. Not because I necessarily agree with the case, but because it leads to more articles in newspapers about toilet paper.
Also, one of the very sad by-products of this toilet-paper-dispenser-related-injury?:
Schooley said she still bowls but was forced to switch to her left hand.
“My average used to be 140. Now it’s 95 to 100,” she said. “Quite a drop.”

I have a scar on my wrist from the toilet paper dispenser at work! It works kind of like a ferris wheel and I turned it while I was reaching up into it during my first week there. Pretty.
