I recently rewatched Psycho (actually, it may have been the first time I saw it in its entirety) and thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s a classic for a reason.
I just finished watching Psycho II, which was made a full 22 years after the original. Anthony Hopkins returned (as he also did for parts III and IV) and I’ll be damned: it was a fine film! Lots of suspense, good twists and turns, and just enough stabby stabby to keep things interesting.
I’ll be finishing my way through the series for the first time over the next few weeks, ending with a viewing of the new documentary about the sequels. Anyone else a fan of the series?
