In the past few months, we’ve attended a few high school sporting events (a football game in October and a basketball game in January). While I remember back in my own high school games there being a fee to get into football games, for some reason I don’t remember having to pay for basketball games or any other sports. Am I losing my mind or was this the case back when?
I was a bit surprised at having to pay for the basketball game. Sure, it wasn’t a lot ($5), but for some reason I always thought they just made their money from concessions.
