The Daily Ping

This Ping redesign took 7 years and cost $58 million in taxpayer dollars.

Vitamin Buddy Can Bite Me

November 6, 2009: I order moisturizer from VitaminBuddy.com. I get a confirmation.

November 9, 2009: I get another confirmation.

November 16, 2009: I get an e-mail telling me the item I ordered is on backorder and it should ship in 10 days.

January 11, 2010: I never got my moisturizer, so I check the order status. Even though I’ve never received an e-mail, the order’s been canceled. And the item I ordered is still on their site, showing availability.

Hard to believe that in 2010 crap ass stores like Vitamin Buddy still exist. Should have known from the name, I suppose.
