In my daily job co-running Ping World Headquarters, I’m involved in meetings. Some days there are more than others. Yesterday there were 402; the day before, just 180.
I’m not complaining about that though. What I would like to bring up is the worst time for a meeting. And to me it’s a no-brainer: Friday at 4pm for an hour. The last thing of the week should be, in my mind, a time to wind down and close up shop on everything that happened during the past week. That’s ideal, and I know it can’t always happen.
Second worst? Monday at 8am (or whatever time you start work.) Third? Lunchtime, any day of the week.
Got any others?
